To reserve a spot in a class please submit the Registration and Waiver form. Please use separate forms for siblings. Full payment is due at the time of registration. Forms submitted without full payment will not reserve your child a spot.
If registering for a Tumble Tots or a Tumble Bugs class, the parent and any adult assisting the child in class is required to complete the adult waiver located on the reverse side of the student waiver.
We are now enrolling for Session IV.
Session IV Begins on Monday, March 5, 2012 and runs through Saturday, May 5, 2012.
Classes are a 1-day/week program for 8 Weeks,
We prorate if registering after the start of the session.
