Mission Statement

A Strong Body Creates A Strong Mind.  Fitness is a balance of Mind, Body, and Soul which allows you to conquer any obstacle.  Our Mission is to enhance the overall wellbeing of our clients through effective use of exercise while maintaining a fun, but challenging exercise program that will have a better quality of life for our clients.


Bootcamp is...


 

...for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.  Our instructors focus on you to insure that you get the personal attention ou deserve.

...combines compound movements and interval cardio routines so you burn more fat calories in a shorter amount of time than in traditional workouts.

...can help you burn up to 600 calories in any given workout!

...puts the fun back into your stale workout with ever-changing routines, small class sizes, and a true sense of community.

 


Adult Programs Available
(for women and men)


Morning Bootcamp at Flip City Gymnastics, Inc

Monday - Friday 6-7am and 7-8am
2-Day Program on Tuesday and Thursday
 3-Day Program on Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Evening Bootcamp at Flip City Gymnastics, Inc.
Tuesday and Thursday 7:15pm - 8:15pm

Nutrition Classes
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
