Designed to introduce gymnastics on a recreational competitive level. This accelerated program places strong emphasis on the development of coordination and self-assurance while offering the opportunity to participate on a team. Pre-Team is an additional program we are offering in conjunction with the Prep-Opt program that is similar in its design and geared for our up and coming team members.
