Cancellation Policy: Withdrawal after your child's second registered class will not result in a refund or credit. No exceptions. This includes any holidays or cancellations which may occur on the second class. Withdrawal prior to the second class, that your child is registered for, will result in a refund less $50/child (including deposits or full payments). Gift certificates have no cash value and can not be refunded or credited once used.
During the summer class sessions there are no refunds, credits, or prorating of any kind available.
Medical Credits: Credits for missed classes will only be issued for documented medical reasons. Medical credits will be issued only if cancellation is due to a serious illness or injury, confirmed in writing and signed by your child's physician. Medical credits will be issued from the date of the note AND must be received in the office within 48 hours of the date on the note. Notes received after your child's last class of the session will not result in a credit. All funds would then be forfeited. Medical credits expire 6 months from the issue date, after which all funds would be forfeited. Please note in order to receive a credit your child's spot must be released. If you do not wish to release the spot a credit can not be issued.
