Refund/Credit Policy
Tuition Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied up to 10 calendar days of your child's first registered class we will refund your tuition. No refunds are given after 10 calendar days (including weekends, holidays, etc.). This 10 calendar day period includes your child's first registered class.
Medical Credits: Credits for missed classes will only be issued for documented medical reasons. Medical credits will be issued only if cancellation is due to a serious illness or injury, confirmed in writing and signed by your child's physician. Medical credits will be issued from the date of the note AND must be received in the office within 48 hours of the date on the note. Notes received after your child's last class of the session will not result in a credit. All funds would then be forfeited. Medical credits expire 6 months from the issue date, after which all funds would be forfeited. Please note in order to receive a credit your child's spot must be released. If you do not wish to release the spot a credit can not be issued.
